Payment policy
The fees for attending the conference are outlined in the pricing schedule. This pricing includes refreshments, lunches, speaker documentation and materials. Payment is due in full on registering and your entry to the event will only be guaranteed on receipt of payment. Gala Dinner is subsidised by 60%. The fee to each delegate is €30 and is optional. You must indicate on the registration form if you wish to attend as places will be limited.

Cancellation and substitution policy
Delegates wishing to cancel a booking should notify compliance forum in writing or by email. All cancellations attract an administration fee of 25% of the ticket price paid. No refunds will be payable for cancellations made within one calendar month of the event.

Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend the event in their place by notifying compliance forum in writing, by email, not less than 48 hours prior to the event. No charge will be incurred. An administration fee of €75 may apply for notifications made within 48 hours of the event. Delegates may not share a pass between multiple attendees without prior authorisation.

If you are unable to attend the event you have booked you may request a credit note to be used against a future event. Requests for credit notes received less than one calendar month prior to the event will be made subject to an administration fee of 25%, per delegate, provided that they are received at least 10 days prior to the booked event. Where the credit note is not used within 12 months of issue it will expire and no refund will be available. There will be no refund payable on credit notes where the event transferred to costs less than the event transferred from.

In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by Compliance Forum a full refund will be made of the ticket price paid. Compliance Forum does not accept responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by delegates. Programme may be subject to change.

Continuing education
Conference attendees can earn for CPD points for this conference.

Data Protection
The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 by Compliance Forum and used to provide you with details, publications and training opportunities.
