How to implement an effective monitoring and assurance programme?

A comprehensive monitoring and assurance program is essential to be able to demonstrate to the regulator and your board that your control framework is working effectively. Policies and procedures are one element of your framework which if untested leaves you open to breaching not only your own procedures but also regulatory requirements. Monitoring can be layered through different levels within the organisation depending on your size and what you need to achieve.
This workshop is designed to work through the process of developing and implementing an effective monitoring and assurance programme which will help improve and strengthen your AML/CTF and Sanctions framework.
